tennis and working on soccer training with the kids. I also appreciate how much everyone knows about the products and how kind they are to customers.&#8221;<\/p><p><em><strong>Q: What\u2019s a work-related accomplishment that you\u2019re really proud of?<\/strong><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 27px;\">Augusto<\/span><\/span>: &#8220;As an owner, it makes me feel proud that we have several long-term employees who have stayed with us for 8, 12, even 15 years. We\u2019ve also worked really hard to never lay anyone off during the slow seasons or in years of economic downturn.&#8221;<\/p><p><strong><em>Q: What\u2019s the best advice you were ever given in your life? Who was it from?<\/em><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 27px;\">Augusto<\/span><\/span>: &#8220;As a young man, my father would often say \u201cFatti furbo, che fesso gia\u2019 ci sei\u201d, the intention of which means \u201cnone of us is born knowing how to do everything, so you have to work hard to become smarter\u201d.
