Do you only serve Napa/Calistoga customers?
No. We’re local to Napa Valley, but we support vineyard teams across the U.S, Canada and Mexico. Whether by flatbed, LTL, cargo van or carrier pigeon (just kidding on that last one ;)) we’ll talk through the best route to get you what you need, on your timeline and in a vehicle that fits your landscape.
Will a custom quote slow things down?
It shouldn’t. Custom quoting is how we speed things up later—by preventing shortages, wrong specs, and last-minute change orders. No two projects are exactly the same. Going through the details in the front-end also means less back and forth later on and gets us all on the same page from the beginning for greater efficiency throughout.
Do you help with "what do I need and how much?"
Yes—that’s the point. Send your row/vine spacing, block details, and goals, and we’ll build the list with you.
Why don't all items on the online store have pricing?
Smaller items that can be easily shipped by common carrier are priced and available for quick check-out via “add to cart”. Other items that are either bulky or awkwardly shaped require custom freight quoting to ensure we can get them to you in the best and most economical way. Just “add to quote” and submit. A member of our team will price the items, work out the best freight rate and notify you that your quote is ready in your cart to finalize the purchase. Fast turn-around and no over-paying for shipping.
What if I choose both "add to cart" and "add to quote" items?
No worries! You can either purchase the “add to cart” items right away for quick shipping and then get a quote for the rest. Or you have the option to include the “add to cart” items in your quote so you can buy the entire order at once. Both of those options are clearly marked at checkout.
