Resale Certificate
The Resale Certificate is available for qualified customers who purchase products from A & J Vineyard Supply for resale. Providing a completed resale certificate allows eligible purchasers to buy qualifying items without paying sales tax at the time of purchase, as permitted under California law.

Resale Purchases Overview
A resale certificate may be used by customers who hold a valid California seller’s permit and intend to resell the purchased items in the regular course of business. Items purchased under a resale certificate must be resold prior to any use other than demonstration or display.
