Who This Agreement Applies To

- Customers approved for credit with A & J Vineyard Supply
- Customers placing accepted orders governed by written estimates or sales orders
- All sales of goods subject to the terms outlined in the agreement
By submitting orders or purchasing goods under approved credit terms, customers agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Relationship to the Credit Application
Submission of a Credit Application does not guarantee approval. Approved credit accounts and all accepted orders are governed by the terms of the Sale & Credit Agreement.
Customers are encouraged to review this agreement carefully before applying for or using a credit account.
