Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. Our store is closed between December 25 and January 1. Any orders placed during this time frame will be processed upon our return.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are determined by product weight and zip code.
All orders are shipped via USPS. If USPS does not deliver to your address, please call us at 707-963-5354 and we can assist you with an alternate form of shipping.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed. This email will include your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. Time in transit is determined by USPS.
Return Policy
Returns
To initiate a return for an order placed on our website, please call 707-963-5354 for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Requests for return may be made up to 30 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is not returned within the authorized timeframe, will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All claims for missing product from a shipment must be made within 7 days of the original purchase. Please include copies of the original order and photos of the product that arrived. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST, to help make a claim.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, email sales@ajvineayrdsupply.com or call 707-963-5354. Do not send the item back until you receive approval.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
