Wire Vises

Description

The Wire Vise is a one-way anchoring device designed to secure smooth trellis wire to end posts quickly and cleanly. It provides a faster, more reliable alternative to knotting or traditional tying methods while maintaining consistent wire tension over time.

To install, wire is fed through the pointed cone end first, allowing the internal gripping mechanism to lock the wire in one direction only. Once tensioned, the wire vise holds firmly and prevents the wire from slipping back into the row, helping preserve trellis alignment and load distribution.

Wire vises are commonly used at vineyard row ends and fence terminations where secure anchoring and long-term holding strength are required. Available in multiple models to accommodate different wire gauge ranges and application needs.
